The generally formed screw holes can ensure that there are at least 6-8 threads in the bolt connection. The above structure requires that the connecting bolts cannot bear large loads, so as not to damage the screw holes or the base material.
Locally strengthen the base metal, then install the threaded insert. For the local reinforcement method of the base material, reinforcement blocks can be welded on the required parts. For castings, localized reinforcement of protruding edges may be considered in the design of the desired part. The mounting seat on the aluminum alloy top cover usually adopts a partially reinforced structure, such as a porcelain bottle mounting seat, a pantograph mounting seat, etc.
Install the threaded boot with the nut seat. For some parts with long growth or complex structure, the nut seat can be welded or bonded, and then a wire thread insert can be installed on the nut seat.
The high strength of the threaded sheath improves the wear resistance of the internal thread, in addition, the steel wire threaded sleeve and the fastening bolt between the elastic connection can clean up the pitch and tooth error between the internal and external threads, so each thread participates in the force , to avoid root thread force concentration (the main cause of bolt fracture).
